thexder This artist is just way too unknown for all the amazing music he creates. Favorite track: The One Where Nobody Notices What I Don't Do.

about

In my time as The Ansion I have recorded in 4 different rooms in 3 different houses.

This is a collection of 4 brand new songs recorded in the 3rd of these 4 rooms and 1 remix by ::thinkstandard::

These songs were recorded over 2009/10 and were intended to be album tracks. But now that the album is slowly starting to take shape it became apparent that these songs no longer fit with the rest of the albums sound.

So in a bid to tie you over till the album is released - and really more to show that I'm still alive and working on music this EP was released.

I was messing about with binaural recording of guitar loops while I was recording these, hence why they are largely based on ambient pieces.

Track 3 - remixed by ::thinkstandard::
I can't thank Steve enough for the time and effort put in for this track and I'm glad that it's finally getting an outing.

"The Way You Always Fall Alseep Before I Do" originally appeared on the album "That Is The Way Of Things" released by Skean Dhu Recordings and Say Hello To Never Recordings (Japan).

One of these songs is literally a 6 minute loop of a guitar chord, while Friends is on in the background and a washing machine is doing a cycle.
